<p>PURPOSE:To reproduce even for-an information recording medium in which picture information is written in a system whose picture size differs. CONSTITUTION:A longitudinal lateral pixel number of an image recorded on an IC card 7 being an information recording medium is set on a block conversion reversed conversion section 2 by a system control section 10 and when the longitudinal lateral pixel number of a handing pixel number in the system and that of the pixel of an image in the IC card 7 are different, a data request number to an image companding section 3 is adjusted by the block conversion reversed conversion section 2 and the result is transmitted to a camera process section 1 and a digital encoder section 8.</p> |
