MANUFACTURE OF TRANSFORMER CORE

PURPOSE:To provide a simple manufacturing device and enhance its workability in a manufacturing method for wound cores which use amorphous magnetic materials. CONSTITUTION:On the way of a manufacturing process which unties a magnetic material 1 by rewinding and manufactures wound cores 2 wound, an insulation film forming agent is applied to the surface of the magnetic material 1 in an area longer than the circumferential length of the wound cores 3 so that the non-coated portions may exceed ten times the circumferential length. This operation is repeated until the above non-coated state is available.
