The enclosed high-voltage switchgear (1) described has transducers, in particular current transducers (4), designed to measure the voltage or current. The transducers are connected by lines (5) to measurement instruments (6) which feed the measured values to e.g. a switchgear-control unit, In order to avoid faulty operation of, or damage to, the measurement and control system by transient overvoltages, the invention proposes that the connection lines (5) are fitted with insulation made of plastic (8) which heavily damps high frequencies. The connection line thus acts as a low-pass filter and damps the high frequency part of the steep-sided pulses produced by transient overvoltages. |
