The system to supply dialysis stations centrally, with a dialysis concentrate, has a supply container and a connected ring channel to be fed with concentrate under pressure. Branch channels (11) are connected to the dialysis stations through a valve assembly (17) and a pressure compensation vessel (23). Each pressure compensation vessel (23) is a bubble container (29) under atmospheric pressure. A given volume of concentrate is fed in through a hose connection (30) and an inlet (29a). Through the expansion, to compensate for pressure in the container, the concentrate passes out (29b) to the dialysis station without pressure. The level of concentrate in the bubble containers is controlled (31) by suspending the container (29) from a weighing beam (31) with a clamping wedge (33). The feed hose (30) passes between the wedge (33) and a fixed surface (35) so that the weight of the filled container (29) clamps the hose (30) between the wedge (33) and surface (35). An electrical level contents control can be fitted within the bubble container (29). The bubble container (29) is of a flexible plastics material, esp. PVC or PE. A filter housing with a hydrophilic membrane, with a mean pore size of max. 0.2 micrometer, is at the feed of the concentrate into the ring channel and at the delivery points into the branch channels, with a sterile filter for each. A sterile filter is integrated into the main supply container, or is in front of the supply container. USE/ADVANTAGE - The system is for an arrangement of a number of dialysis stations, where the concentrate is supplied from a central point for delivery under pressure to each station. The pressure compensation in each branch connection ensures that the concentrate is fed correctly, with a simply mfg. unit, without allowing the concentrate to be contaminated by contact with ambient air.
