This invention relates to novel copolymer of PEII/PEI having structural formula (I), wherein R and R' are independently selected from the group consisting of (a), (b), (c), (d), (e), (f) and (g);Ar and Ar' are independently selected from the group consisting of alkyl group with 6 to 12 carbon atoms and phenyl derivatives; and n and m are independently an integer between 5 and 500.
