The invention relates to novel thiosemicarbazonic acid esters of the formula I <IMAGE> in which R1 and R5 denote lower alkyl, lower alk-2-en-1-yl or alternatively lower alk-2-yn-1-yl, R2 and R3 independently of one another denote hydrogen or lower alkyl or together represent lower alkylidene and R4 denotes lower alkyl, lower alkoxy, lower alk-2-en-1-yl, lower alk-2-yn-1-yl, aryl-lower alkyl, aryl-lower alkenyl, or alternatively lower alkoxycarbonyl-lower alkyl and their salts and tautomeric compounds and double bond isomers, processes for the preparation of the compounds mentioned, pharmaceutical preparations containing these and their use as pharmaceutical active compounds. |
