PURPOSE:To improve the reliability of a control report by printing the total number of printing sheets and the number of present printing sheets when the transaction data are printed on a slip form as the control report. CONSTITUTION:A CPU 12 controls an entire device and also controls various circuits and devices connected to the CPU 12. Then, the CPU 12 is connected to a ROM 13, a RAM 14, a display device 15, a keyboard 16, a printer 17, and an external storage 18. When the data to be printed are selected by a keyboard 16 among those transaction data registered in a memory, the CPU 12 reads the corresponding transaction data out of the memory based on the output of the keyboard 16. Then, the CPU 12 calculates the total number of printing sheets based on the total data capacity of the transaction data to be printed and the printing form of the printer 17 set to a single slip form and gives the transaction data to be printed to the printer 17 after dividing the data according to the quantity of print data equivalent to a single sheet of slip. The total number of printing sheets and the number of present printing sheets are added to the print data given to the printer 17. Thus, the number of printing sheets can be easily confirmed. |
