PURPOSE:To easily take out the paper sheets regardless of their sizes by controlling the paper sheet draw-out amount at the paper sheet take-out position in accordance with the size of each paper sheet. CONSTITUTION:The size of the note to be taken out of a note information storage part 17 is measured and a proper discharging amount of the notes to be discharged is calculated. The distances between a sensor 4 and the tips of notes differ according to the different lengths of the conveying direction of the notes. For instance, the note discharging size is set at 1/2 of the actual note size. Then, a shutter motor 14 is drive so that the note outlet shutter is opened and the notes are discharged out of a stacker. Then, a conveyor motor 13 is started so that the notes held between two belts in the stacker are sent toward the note outlet. When the tip of the note is detected by the sensor 4, the notes are discharged in a prescribed calculated amount. Then, the motor 13 is stopped. This discharging amount of notes is controlled by control of the rotational frequency of the motor 13 which is outputted from an encoder 10. |
