The holder piece (4) on its inner surface (44) is provided with an adhesive (6) which is stuck to an adhesive surface (10) of the flange (1). On its base area, the holder piece has a concave zone (3) which contacts a head end of the flange, and the concave zone serves to determine a position of the fitment area (2) against the flange (1) and its rotary point. The adhesive is a double-sided adhesive strip (6) and the fitment area (2) is produced from a completely EPDM rubber material. One of the outer surface of the fitment area (2) sealing component (3) is provided. The concave area (8) has a dia. which is greater than the thickness of the flange (1) or is equal to it. The sealing component (3) has urethane on its outer surface and is essentially hollow. Its basic material is foam. USE/ADVANTAGE - A sealing rubber for a car which can be stuck to an economically produced flange by a simple method.
