Appts. for fastening components (9) to a support (1), consists of an elastic clip (7) with two limbs (11) at least one releaseable clip (7) is provided for each component (9) and the clip is positioned in a non-slip manner on the support (1). Pref. the support (1) is a metallic heat sink, the component (7) is a semiconductor device (esp. a power semiconductor) and an electrically insulating medium, esp. an Al203 plate (13), is provided between the component and the support. ADVANTAGE - The clip is simpler to produce and simpler to mount than other fasteners.
