The movable, rigid element (2) is linked to a fixed pipeline (19) and is heated by an electric system (6). The element is coupled to two joints (3, 4) at both its ends which permit its turning in the horizontal plane only. The top joint (3), passing the pipeline liq. flow, is coupled to a flexible element (1), whose other end (13) has a coupling head adaptable to tapping valves. The heating system of the fixed pipeline pref. consists of a circuit (9) for the heating liq. whose part-section (10) penetrates into inside of rigid element lower joint (4). USE/ADVANTAGE - For discharge of heavy oil, bitumen, etc., from tank vehicles, with access to different discharge points without need to move tank vehicle.
