<p>A process is disclosed for producing a needled carpet, in which an intermediate layer (6) containing thermoplastic foil material is arranged between a support layer (5) and a top layer (7). The three layers are bonded to each other into a carpet by fibers (9), by means of a needling process. The intermediate layer (6) is formed by agglomerated plastic foil material (8) and the needled fibers are fixed in the intermediate layer (6) at least by heat application.</p> |
