Vertical slots (8, 9) are formed in the sides (6, 7) of the harvester frame. Bolts (12, 13) project from the sides (10, 11) of the separating basket (5) through these slots. The free ends of these bolts slide in curved slots (16, 17) formed in swivelling plates (18, 19) on either side near the basket. A transverse shaft (21) is fixed to one of these plates (19), and it has an adjusting lever (20) fixed to one end.
