PURPOSE:To continuously carry out the processing work to prevent generation of the residual scrap, by making straight the material for the reinforcing iron bar, and then, by processing it into desired size. CONSTITUTION:The material 2 coiled in the holding reel 3 is uncoiled and is formed into cintinuous straight condition by the straightening roller mechanism 7; when the material 2 of the specified length is sent to the cutting machine 10, the positioning feed roller 9 and the feed roller 5 are stopped. According to this stop, the command is produced from the controller 27 to the cutter 10 to cut the material 2 and to form the straight reinforcing iron bar 11 of desired length. Then the reinforcing iron bar 11 is placed on the cleassifier 12; and if it is to be used as the straight reinforcing iron bar 11a, it is placed on the stocker 13a, and if it is to be further processed by bending work, it is placed on the stocker 13. If the reinforcing iron bar 11a is to be used in the straight condition, it is bound by the binder 16. If the reinforcing iron bar 11 is to be bent, it is lined up into flat condition by the flat line up machine 19, and then, is bound by the binder 20 and is bent into desired size and shape by the bender 22 as it is lined up in the flat condition. |
