ADHESION AND MANUFACTURE OF CESIUM AND STRONTIUM

The strontium and cesium is adsorbed by inorganic ion materials of titanium oxide, zeolite A and molden nite, each having a different adsorbing selectivity. Excessive water of the inorganic ion material in which strontium and cesium are adsorbed is dried for 24 hours, stepping up temperature from initial 50 deg.C, to 80 deg.C and finally 120 deg.C and assigning a time for each step. The dried ion exchange material is compressed and molded with 100-150 kg/cm2 and sintered at 1200 deg.C under air circumstance.
