The device comprises a fixing plate (1) of plastic, a steel plate (2) attached to the fixing plate, and two magnet fixing members (4) in which permanent magnets (6),(6a) are installed. The guiding grooves (3),(3a) and guiding pieces (5) enable two magnet members to move on the surface of the steel plate. The control units are contacted to the energy vein in finger or points to supply magnetic force. The magnetic force produces biological magnetic force to contribute to health.
