PURPOSE:To develop a multispot welding equipment excelling in operating efficiency at smaller facility expenses, by combining a welding machine having two welding heads with a turntable having four jigs disposed in specified positions. CONSTITUTION:A multispot welding equipment 1 is assembled by combining a welding machine 5 having two welding heads 3, 4 with a turntable 8 having jigs A1, B1, A2, B2. The two welding heads 3, 4 have plural welding guns 9a-9f corresponding to the form of the object being welded. The jigs A1, B1 are positioned inside the welding positions 12, 13 of the welding heads 3, 4, and the jig A2 which pairs with A1 is located to the front of B1, and the jig B2 which pairs with B1 is located to the front of A1, so that the jigs A1 and B2, and jigs B1 and A2 are disposed symmetrically with respect to the center line of the turntable 8. By roatging the turntable 8 by 60 deg. each in clockwise and counterclockwise repeatedly, welding is performed alternately by the welding heads 3, 4, thus operating multispot welding. |
