PURPOSE:To perform an excellent assembly in a few process by fixing a core material having a seat by passing a set pin through the seat surface hole of the core material having seat surface, and fixing the residual core material on the predetermined position of a core material set mold, and then injecting, closing mold, foaming liquid for polyurethane form. CONSTITUTION:A core material A is set in a core material set mold, and a core material B is set in a skin set mold, and foamed integrally. A core material A2 is set in a core material set mold 1, and a skin material 4 is set in a skin set mold 3. A core material B5 is fixed on a set pin 6 provided beforehand in the skin set mold 3 by making use of a seat surface hole 11 being in the core material B5. In this condition, urethane liquid 8 is injected into the skin set mold 3 from a urethane injecting machine 7. At this time, the skin material 4 is provided with a hole in the mating place to the set pin 6, hence, the core material B5 and set pin 6 are made a configuration capable of positioning without disposing the skin material 4. |
