PURPOSE:To promote the efficiency of the generation of a schedule by neglecting automatically a constraint condition to a proper extent at the time when plural jobs and plural resources are assigned under a definite condition and the schedule is generated. CONSTITUTION:An assignment determining device 7 fetches the information of a job storage device 1, a resource storage device 2, a constraint condition storage device 3, and a constraint condition group storage device 9 through selecting devices 4, 5, 6. A constraint condition judging part 73 judges whether the combination of the job and the resource fulfills the constraint condition or not, and when assignment results in success, it is stored in an assignment state storage device 8. When the constraint condition is not fulfilled, the rate of neglect of that constraint condition in the past is compared with the reference value of judgement, and whether the constraint condition is to be neglected or not is decided. In the case that the combination of the job and the resource results in failure, a constraint condition relaxing part 71 decreases the reference value by a group unit. In the case of the success, a constraint condition tightening part 72 increases the reference value by the group unit on the contrary. |
