PURPOSE:To manage and control the devices of air conditioning, lighting, disaster prevention, burglar prevention and information communication independently at every unit area by arranging distributively the devices integrated with these devices in a system for controlling integrally each device in an office building. CONSTITUTION:This system is provided with plural FLCs 5 at every unit area for controlling and managing the air conditioning facilities 1, the lighting facilities 2, the disaster prevention and burglar prevention device 3 and infloor information communication equipment 4 at every unit area in the building, a BLC 6 for managing and controlling the shared facilities of the air conditioning facilities 1, the lighting facilities 2, and the burglar prevention and disaster prevention facilities 3, substation facilities, sanitary and plumbing facilities, and the burglar prevention facilities for the shared part of the building, in- building center controller 7 for controlling concentrically information managed and controlled by the plural FLCs 5 and the BLC 6 in the building, and a remote control center device 8 for group-controlling remotely the information managed and controlled by the plural FLCs 5 and the BLC 6. The control of each device in each unit area and linked control between respective devices are set and executed separately at every FLC. |
