PURPOSE:To prevent erroneous copying from being executed by warning and displaying a processing disabling effect to an operator by a warning means in the case that the size of a transfer paper used by a second job is smaller. CONSTITUTION:A comparison means which compares the size of the transfer paper by the first job with that by the second job at the setting time of a multijob mode that a transfer paper ejecting destination is regarded as a postprocessing device 4 is provided. Besides, the warning means which warns the processing disabling effect when the size of the transfer paper by the second job is smaller is provided. That means, normal staple processing cannot be executed in the case that the size of the transfer paper used by the second job is small at the setting time of the multijob mode that the staple processing is executed by the postprocessing device 4 by both of the first and the second jobs. However, the processing disabling effect is warned and displayed to the operator by the warning means. Therefore, the undesirable erroneous copying is prevented from being executed and such a precise countermeasure as the change of the mode or the stop of the copying can be taken by warning the processing disabling effect. |
