PURPOSE:To mount optical parts with high accuracy and to improve workability. CONSTITUTION:Level reference surfaces 24 and 25 are formed at a part where a beam splitter 3 and a polarizing beam splinter 8 are mounted, and mounting faces 26, 27, 28 and 29 are provided and holes 34, 35, 36, 39 and 40 are made respectively on the respective surfaces 211 and 25. By projecting the positioning pins 31, 32, 33, 37 and 38 of a jig 30 from the holes 34, 35, 36, 39 and 40, the beam splitter 3 and the polarizing beam splitter 8 are positioned. |
