PURPOSE:To issue an optimum shipping instruction by giving the instruction of a shipping warehouse and the instruction of transfer between the warehouses in respect of the reception of the order of a commodity for which plural shipping warehouses are provided in one shipping place. CONSTITUTION:The number of the shipped commodities classified by the shipping warehouse is changed by shipping warehouse change processing S2 in conformity with a received order file F1, a shipping place stock file F2 having stock information at the shipping place, check processing S1 to check a shipped portion in the received order file F1, an accepted received order file F3 to store the result of this check, a transferring instruction file F4 to store the result of a transferring instruction, a stock file F5 classified by the shipping warehouse to store the stock of each shipping warehouse in the shipping place, the change of the shipping warehouse of the accepted received order file F3, and the changing instruction of the shipping warehouse of every commodity of the transferring instruction file F4, and the stock is transferred between the shipping warehouses by shipping warehouse transfer processing S3 in conformity with a shipping warehouse transferring instruction, and after the shipping warehouse is determined, shipping work is executed by shipping instruction processing S4, and a shipping insruction is displayed, and simultaneously, the result of warehouse transferring instruction processing S5 executed in conformity with the shipping warehouse transferring instruction is displayed on a display D2. |
