PURPOSE:To provide a method for controlling a parking lot network consisting of plural parking lots and a passage through which a vehicle is going in/out to/from the parking lot passes by using the prediction of the quantity of inflow and outflow. CONSTITUTION:First of all, the allowable quantity of a queue for appearing at the entrance of each parking lot is calculated (3), (7), and the acceptable quantity of the vehicles to each parking lot is calculated by using it (4). Besides, the quantity of the inflow to each parking lot of the vehicle having gone in from the entrance of the passage is predicted by using a neural network (5). The inflow capacity of the vehicle from the entrance of the passage is set by using them (6). Besides, the guiding method of the vehicle in the parking lot network is determined (12). By controlling the flow rate of the parking lot network consisting of the plural parking lots and the passage through which the vehicle is going in/out to/from the parking lot passes by using the prediction of the quantity of the inflow and the outflow in such a manner, it can be controlled without causing confusion within it. |
