PURPOSE:To obtain a synthetic rein made mold with easy work and high productive efficiency by pressing synthetic resin into a mold skeleton member, formed by disposing surface plates at the upper and lower faces of a frame member, from openings provided at the side face of the frame member. CONSTITUTION:An annular frame member 1 for forming the outer edge part after being formed into a mold is provided, and surface plates 4, 4 are disposed at the upper and lower faces of the frame member 1 to form a mold skeleton member 6. Plural openings 2, 2 opened either upward or downward are formed at the side wall of the frame member 1, and reinforcing members 3, 3 are provided at the four inner surface corners of the frame member 1. Expandable synthetic resin are pressed into the mold skeleton member 6 or a laminated skeleton member formed by laminating plural mold skeleton members 6 from the side wall openings of the frame member 1 so as to be filled into the skeleton member 6 and let foam. This enables the manufacture of a synthetic resin made mold that can be cut as well as nailed without the slip-off of nails besides being lightweight with sufficient strength. |
