PURPOSE:To obtain an automatic speed-change control device, which is readily operated and has high safety, by removing cumbersome driving operation and danger at the steep upward slope road and the downward slope road, and automatically selecting the adequate speed changing map in conformity with the terrain. CONSTITUTION:This device is constituted of a speed-change control device 1, a transmission 2, a slot-opening-degree sensor 3, a vehicle speed sensor 4, a selecting-lever switch 5 and a navigation device 6. The speed-change control device 1 comprises a speed-change control part 1-1, a memory 1-2, a flat-road speed-change map 1-3-1, an upward-slope speed-change map 1-3-2, a downward- slope speed-change map 1-3-3 and a switching part 1-4. In the transmission 2, a solenoid coil 2-1 is prepared so as to control the flow path of hydraulic pressure. The navigation device 6 is constituted of a bearing sensor 6-1, a navigation controlling part 6-2, a gradient detecting part 6-3, a CD-ROM drive 6-4, a display part 6-5 and a CD-ROM 6-6. |
