PURPOSE:To provide the echo device which can be varied in sound field and timbre. CONSTITUTION:The echo device consists of an adder 13 to which an input signal is inputted, a delay circuit 14 which delays the signal from the adder 13, a filter 15 which filters the delay signal from the delay circuit 14, an attenuator 16 which attenuates and supplies the signal passed through the filter 15 to the adder 13, an envelope detecting circuit 17 detects the level of the input signal, a time constant circuit 18 which sets a rising or falling time constant according to the input signal level from the envelope detecting circuit 17, and a low-frequency oscillation circuit 19 which varies in oscillation frequency with the output from the time constant circuit 18 and also modulates the delay time of the delay circuit 14 at a specific period; and an echo is given to the input signal to vary the sound field and timbre. |
