PURPOSE:To easily and quickly form an optimum production plan to deal with the variation of order reception from every market. CONSTITUTION:When received order data is inputted, a data processor 11 refers to the unofficially announced quantity and the fixed quantity of production plan data corresponding to the name of a product, the name of a market, and a desired shipping date described in the corresponding received order data in a production plan data file stored in a storage device 12, and updates the fixed quantity of the production plan data so that the increment of the fixed quantity becomes equal to the received order quantity of the corresponding received order data within a range not to exceed the unofficially announced quantity for every product, every shipping date, and every market. Then, a manufacture instruction is outputted to a printer 14 on the basis of the fixed quantity so as to instruct manufacture. |
