PURPOSE:To shorten time required for calculation, and to improve the correctness of the calculation by rounding automatically the executed amount of every title of account into the numerical value of a thousand yen unit in an adjusting system for a financial accounts settled amount. CONSTITUTION:Data classified by the title of account is read in to an adjusting part 2 from an account settlement file 1 classified by the title of account having each title code, the settled amount (unit: yen) of the title of account, and a rounded off amount (unit: thousand yen) obtained by dividing the settled amount by 1000 and rounding off a fraction below a decimal point, and in the adjusting part 2, each of the rounded off amount is adjusted so that the sum of the rounded off amounts is matched with the determined amount (unit: thousand yen) of the higher order title of account, and the determined amount (unit: thousand yen) is calculated. Then, the result of this calculation is stored in the account settlement file 3. |
