FRAMELESS HEAT INSULATION CASING

摘要

PURPOSE:To obtain a frameless heat insulation casing having a low-cost of production without necessity of separately adhering a sound absorber by forming only outer plates of four corners required for high strengths in a double metal plate structure. CONSTITUTION:A frameless heat insulation casing composed by coupling outer plates 1 has the plates 1 for constituting four corners to be formed in a double metal plate 21 structure in which a heat insulator 12 is enclosed between two metal plates 11, and outer plates 1 for constituting the other parts to be formed in a single metal plate 11 structure in which a heat insulator 12 having sound absorption effect is adhered to one metal plate 21. Thus, a separate sound absorber is not required even in a frameless structure thereby to enable a low cost of production.
