<p>PURPOSE:To reduce useless power consumption by supplying power and a control signal only to a storage element requiring the storage of storing contents. CONSTITUTION:Each storage element is provided with a switching means (control signal control switch 202) for switching the storage element to the supplied state of power and a control signal or the unsupplied state, a 1st instruction means for outputting instructions (device control signals C1, C2 (210a, 210b)) for switching the storage element to be used to the supplied state of the power and the control signal when processing in execution acquires the using right of the storage element to the switching means, a 2nd instruction means for outputting instructions (device control signal C1, C2 (210a, 210b)) for switching the storage element to be used to the unsupplied state of power and the control signal when the processing in execution cancels the using right of the storage element.</p> |
