PURPOSE:To improve a utilization efficiency of heat under an economical system and to enable the system to be applied to upper living rooms such as a second floor or a third floor and the like by a method wherein a floor assembly is comprised of some concrete plates and then the concrete plates are applied for an interior heating as a solar heated air accumulation material. CONSTITUTION:Each of floor carpets 31 is applied to each of a floor concrete slab 1b of a first floor assembly and an ALC plate 8 of a second floor assembly of a solar house A, finished and then a thermal insulation material 2 is applied below the floor concrete slab 1b of the first floor assembly, and the lower surface of the ALC plate 8 of the second floor assembly is applied with a gypsum board adhered with a cloth through the thermal insulation material 32 and finished. During a day time in which the sun is rised, the solar light passes through the glass at a window sash 23 arranged at a south plane, the sun light is radiated into a room to heat air in the room. The heat is accumulated in the heat accumulation materials such as under-floor concrete slab 1b, a under- ground beam 1a and the ALC plate 8 of the second floor assembly which are superior in accumulating heat therein.
