PURPOSE:To shorten the processing time of an operator, and to prevent the occurrence of erroneous input by inputting automatically recipient data and client data when the corresponding recipient data and client data are selected. CONSTITUTION:A verification control part 7 retrieves the recipient data stored in a magnetic disk device 5 through a transfer actual result data storage control part 9 by making a title code and a number of a bank account based on OCR recognition data or key input data in a keyboard 3 by the operator a retrieving key. Then, when one recipient data can be selected, the client data related to a client that recipient data holds is retrieved. Then, when the client can be narrowed to one person, the recipient data and the client data are inputted automatically, and simultaneously, each data is displayed on the display area of a CRT display 2 through a display control part 10. Accordingly, the corresponding recipient data and client data are selected from a transfer actual result data file, and are inputted automatically. |
