摘要

PURPOSE:To provide a production method of optical parts without losing visibility of positioning pattern. CONSTITUTION:The production method includes the following processes. A first positioning pattern 5a is formed on the surface of a substrate. A second rugged pattern 5b which fits to the first pattern 5a, and a third rugged pattern 6a in the specified position for the second rugged pattern 5b are formed. Then specified working is performed at a specified position to the first positioning pattern 5a by using the third rugged pattern 6a as the reference position.
