PURPOSE:To improve operability and to enhance copying quality while miscopying is reduced by providing a size and paper thickness corresponding mode that copying processing corresponding to paper thickness is automatically executed so that it is freely selected. CONSTITUTION:An original paper thickness detection means 46 which detects the paper thickness of an original and a recording paper thickness input means which inputs the paper thickness information of respective recording papers supplied by a recording paper supply means 13 are provided. Then, the size and paper thickness corresponding mode that the recording paper of the size and the paper thickness corresponding to the size and the paper thickness of the original is provided so as to be freely selected. Since the size and paper thickness corresponding mode that the processing corresponding to the paper thickness is executed based on the information of the detection means 46 and the input means 13 is provided so as to be freely selected in such a manner, a copied result whose finish becomes equal to the paper constitution of the original can be automatically obtained only by supplying the original. Therefore, the miscopying or misoperation can be prevented from being executed. |
