PURPOSE:To promote the efficiency of business activity by enabling a person in charge of business to answer promptly to the request of a customer and present estimation and conclude a contract and so on in respect of a business supporting system to promote the efficiency of the business activity. CONSTITUTION:This system is constituted of mobile terminal equipment 1 provided with an inquiry information input means 200 (including card reader) to input inquiry information, an answer information output means 300 to output and display answer information received in accordance with the inquiry information, and a mobile communicating means 400 to communicate the inquiry information/the answer information with a communication network 100, and an information processor 5 provided with an inquiry information analyzing means 500 to analyze the inquiry information transmitted from the mobile terminal equipment 1, an answer information generating means 600 to generate the answer information for the inquiry information analyzed by the inquiry information analyzing means 500, and a communicating means 700 to transmit and receive the inquiry information and the answer information to/from the mobile terminal equipment 1. |
