<p>PURPOSE:To provide a large diameter complex pipe structure of pipe with flange used in the plant field, which has an excellent strength never broken when it is fastened and fixed by bolt fastening and the like in its service time. CONSTITUTION:On the inner surface of the flange 2 of a main body 4 which consists of a pipe with flange, a reinforced inner layer 5 is formed. A core member 6 is laminated on the reinforced inner layer 5. A space between numerous reinforced ribs 9 and 9 formed in the peripheral direction of the outer corner of the core member 6 is made as a penetration hole 10, and a fiber- reinforced synthetic resin is filled inside the hole 10, while a reinforced outer layer 11 is formed on the whole body of the main body 4. And the fiber- reinforced resin to form the reinforced inner layer 5 and the reinforced outer layer 11, and the resin in the penetration hole 10 are hardened integrally.</p> |
