<p>PURPOSE:To provide a forming method of color filter for solid-state image pickup device to prevent dyeing of a transparent film layer. CONSTITUTION:A transparent film layer 2 formed is dipped in tannic acid which is anionic in a aq. soln. Therefore, the tannic acid diffused in the transparent film layer 2 has electrostatically repulsing property against dye anion and prevent the dye from coming near. Further, the anionic tannic acid forms ion coupling with hydrophilic groups such as amino group in the transparent film amterial. Thereby, the tannic acid seals the dye sheet in the transparent film layer 2. Then the layer is dipped in tartar emetic. By this process, the tartar emetic is diffused in the transparent film layer 2 and fixes the tannic acid in the layer 2. By this reaction, the transparent film layer 2 is prevented from dyeing.</p> |
