PURPOSE:To simplify the input of an inflectional/conjugational word by automatically adding a pertinent ending word at the time of inputting a word, and outputting it. CONSTITUTION:This device is constituted of an inputting device 10, display device 20 constituted of a CRT or the like, microprocessor (MPU) 30 which operates each program processing, and auxiliary storage device 40 constituted of a floppy disk which stores and preserves documents prepared by a user. When a word stem of verb or adjective is inputted, its end variation of conjugation/inflection is inversely displayed showing unsettled and settled as inputting is going on and inverse display is released successively and automatically. For example, to input a Japanese sentence meaning 'seriously read', first a Japanese word meaning 'seriously' is inputted. At the time, the word end variation 'ni' is inversely displayed. When next word meaning 'read' is inputted 'ni' is settled and inverse display is released and this word end 'mu' is inverted. Finally, when period is inputted 'mu' is settled and inverse display is released automatically according to grammatical rule. |
