PURPOSE:To input stored and shipped number data for the same product in a lump and to improve operability by confirming the correlation of this data with scheduled stored and shipped number data at the time of the input of the stored and shipped number data. CONSTITUTION:A schedule data file 3a to store schedule data from a host computer and an actual result data file 3b to store actual result data to be transmitted later to the host computer are provided, and the total of the scheduled quantity of the schedule data corresponding to a key code inputted continuously about the same product is calculated and displayed on a display device 8, and the total of the actual result quantity of the actual result data inputted in accordance with the key code 3 inputted continuously is calculated. It is judged whether the total of the scheduled quantity and the total of the actual result quantity coincide with each other or not, and at the time of coincidence, the inputted actual result data is stored in the actual result data file 3b, and at the time of non-coincidence, an error to show the non-coincidence is displayed on the display device 8. |
