PURPOSE:To reduce the total number of fuzzy rules to set in comparison with the total number of inference objects. CONSTITUTION:This device is provided with a product classification storage part 34 classifying respective products into classes where an element which can affect the inference result is shared and a rule base 33 storing the fuzzy rules by respective classes, retrieves the class of the product to execute fuzzy inference by a product classification storage part 34, reads the fuzzy rule corresponding to the corresponding class from a rule base 33 and sets it in an inference part 32. |
