PURPOSE:To easily and surely tilt slats. CONSTITUTION:A rotary ring 6 is fitted at the outside of a rotary drum 3 rotating together with the rotary shaft 2 in a head rail 1. A stopper recession 4 is provided at the outer peripheral face of the rotary drum 3. The upper end of a ladder cord 21 is fixed at the outside of the upper part of the rotary ring 6. Clutch claws 8 having spring elasticity are equipped along the outer peripheral direction of the rotary ring 6 and supported at the middle thereof. The claws 9 at both ends are protruded to the inside of the rotary ring 6. The claw 9 of the clutch claw 8 is fitted to the stopper recession 4 when the rotary drum 3 is rotating and both rotate together to tilt the slats 20. When the rotary ring is rotated by a specified angle, the end 10 of the clutch claw 8 is pushed out by the stopper 16 toward the outside of the rotary ring 6 and the claw 9 is released and the rotary ring 6 ceases to rotate. |
