PURPOSE:To obtain a fluidized bed apparatus with a safety device for the explosion wherein a raw material and a granulated material are not stuck thereon by providing a Venturi tube for the pulse jet to a part upper than a filter medium and constituting a holding seat part for fitting a bag filter of an air-nonpermeable membrane material broken or melted by the explosion. CONSTITUTION:A powdery granular material incorporated in the inside of a granulation cylinder 1 is fluidized with a gas fed through a perforated plate 2, granulated or coated and the gas is separated from the powder granular material with the bag filters 7 and discharged to the outside air. The shakedown of the fine powder on the bag filters is performed by the pulse air injected through the nozzles 10 but a Venturi tube is positioned in a part upper than a cylindrical filter medium and a holding seat part fitting the bag filters is constituted of an air-nonpermeable membrane material which is broken or melted by the explosion and is hardly stuck with the powdery granular material and thereby the adhesion of the powdery granular material is not caused and the damage by the explosion does not affect the operator. |
