The steel sheet comprises (in wt.) up to 0.02 % C, up to 1.0 % Si, up to 0.5 % Mn, up to 0.15 % P, up to 0.01 % S, up to 0.008 % N, up to 0.005 % O, up to 0.7 % Al, 0.05-1.0 % Ni, 0.02-0.5 % Cu, 0.02- 0.2 % Sn + Sb, and balance Fe with inevitable impurities. The steel slab is hot-rolled, high-temp. annealed, cleaned, cold-rolled annealed, and light-rolled with 2-15 % reduction rate. The steel sheet is used for the core material of small motors, etc., and has high magnetic flux density and permeability.
