PURPOSE:To provide the dielectric porcelain composition giving dielectric porcelains having high specific dielectric constants, large no-loads Q and small resonance frequency temperature coefficients and used for sintering at low temperatures, and to provide its advantageous production method. CONSTITUTION:The objective composition comprises 100 pts.wt. of a main component composition represented by a general formula: xBaO.yTiO2.z[(1-a) RE2O3.aBi2O3] (RE: rear earth metal) and satisfying the following expressions: 0.10<=x<=0.20, 0.60<=y<=0.75, 0.10<=z<=0.25, x+y+z=1, and 0<a<=0.3, and prescribed ZnO-B2O3-SiO2 glass in an amount of 0.1 pt.wt. to (18-62.5a) pts.wt. (when 0<a<=0.2) or to 5.5 pts.wt. (when 0.2<a<=0.3) as a sub-component. |
