摘要 PURPOSE:To reduce weld defects by the aluminum alloy pulse laser welding by setting the welding speed relative to a material to be welded and the pulse repeating frequency in the specified range. CONSTITUTION:An aluminum alloy pulse laser beam welding equipment is provided with a pulse laser beam device 11, a transmission path, a laser beam emission unit 22, a laser beam emission unit 22 or a moving device to move a material to be welded 1a to the specified direction or position, and when the material to be welded 1a is irradiated with the pulse laser beam to execute the lap spot welding or the lap continuous welding, the welding speed when the material to be welded 1a or the laser beam emission unit 22 is moved by the moving device is set in the range between 6mm/sec and 16mm/sec as the welding condition, and the pulse repeating frequency oscillated by the pulse laser oscillator is set >=6 cycles. Thus, the weld cracks are reduced, and the maintenance with less damages to the optical system can be executed.
