PURPOSE:To provide the method which does not require the costs for the binders and coloration necessary for molding of powder and granular materials and can, therefore, convert solid industrial waste again to products at a low cost. CONSTITUTION:The powder and granular materials of the industrial waste are used as aggregate. Toners consisting essentially of thermoplastic resins are incorporated into this aggregate and while the thermoplastic resins are melted by heating, the mixture is molded to desired shapes with the thermoplastic resins as the binders. The defective products and non-standard products generated in the production thereof are used for the toners. The residual slag of plastic products is taken out in a molten state from devices for recovering petroleum from these plastic products. The toners consisting essentially of the thermoplastic resins are incorporated into such slag and while the thermoplastic resins are melted by heating, the mixture is molded to the desired shapes with the thermoplastic resins as the binders. The defective products and non-standard products generated in the production thereof are used for the toners. |
