PURPOSE:To manufacture shapes having a stable shape of joint, a high executability and an excellent product quality by forming alternately and continuously narrow opening parts and wide opening parts of female joint parts of shapes in the longitudinal direction of the shapes for a continuous wall. CONSTITUTION:The female joint parts are formed by alternately repeating pressing action and carrying action in the longitudinal direction for H-shapes 2 by a forming metallic die 10 having a formed curved part to make the flange part of the H-shapes 2 curve outward. Shapes for the continuous wall having wide opening parts and narrow opening parts of female joint parts formed alternately in the longitudinal direction of the shapes are manufactured. Thus, the shapes for the continuous wall having the stable shape of joint, the high executability and the excellent product quality are efficiently manufactured compared to other manufacturing methods such as welding and gas cutting and it is possible rapidly and exactly to cope with diversified needs. |
