<p>PURPOSE:To provide a method for recovering available metal in collected dust of an AOD furnace and making the dust pollution-free. CONSTITUTION:The collected dust of the AOD furnace is injected into molten iron in a ladle as de-P and de-Si agents for molten iron and the available metals of Cr, Ni, etc., in the dust are recovered. By this method, the collected dust of the AOD furnace containing Cr can effectively be utilized in the de-P and de-Si in the molten metal for melting stainless steel and the rise of Cr and Ni. Further, this method is excellent as the treating method for making the dust pollution-free.</p> |
