<p>PURPOSE:To obtain a beer bung out device capable of reliably bung out beer in good quality without unnecessary gush of froth of the remaining beer when a used beer barrel is replaced with new one, and of reliably bung out even the last portion of beer without causing deterioration in quality. CONSTITUTION:This device is a beer bung out device 1 for bung out beer contained in a beer barrel 2 to the external side through a pipe passage 8. The device has: a beer sensor 9 for detecting the presence of beer to be fed through the pipe passage 8; a pipe passage opening/closing means adapted to open or close the pipe passage 8 on the basis of the result of detection by the beer sensor 9; and a froth removing means adapted to remove unnecessary froth from the pipe passage 8 when a used beer barrel is replaced with new one. By this structure, unnecessary froth does not gush when a used beer barrel is replaced with new one due to each operation of the beer sensor 9, the froth removing means and the pipe passage opening/closing means, and the last portion of beer in the barrel does not gush, so that beer in good quality can be funged out reliably.</p> |
